At KlayrSkin, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. All Sales Final
For hygiene and safety reasons, all skincare, body care, and personal care product sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact KlayrSkin within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item(s)
- Photos of the packaging if applicable
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Opened or used products
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing depending on your financial institution.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by KlayrSkin.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within a limited timeframe before processing begins. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer permitted.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
KlayrSkin is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. Customers are encouraged to ensure shipping details are correct and to monitor tracking updates provided.
7. Allergic Reactions
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists before purchasing. KlayrSkin is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities. We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full use of any product.
